AAPA Fall Conference – San Antonio Travel Checklist!

Lecture Handouts: Have you printed copies of the speaker handouts to get the most value from each session? Access the lecture handouts here.
Check-in: Pick up your badge and registration materials early. The registration desk will be open starting Sunday at 10:00 AM. View the conference schedule here.
Attire: The attire for all conference activities is business casual (no shorts, t-shirts, or jeans) with the exception of the Fun Run and Golf Classic. Pack your cowboy boots and hats. Western Wear attire is encouraged at Wednesday’s Happy Hour. And be sure to bring your AAPA Conference T-shirt. Wear it on Thursday to get a ticket for a special raffle!

Transportation and Parking: The Grand Hyatt is located just nine miles from the San Antonio International Airport. The airport offers a variety of ground transportation, including Super Shuttle and taxi options. Check out the hotel parking options.
