Dear AAPA Members,
The Student Committee is seeking AAPA members to participate in a new mentoring program for student members. These volunteer mentors will assist student mentees with a variety of topics including resume and cover letter creation support, help in job interview preparations, aid in the negotiation processes of the job search, and case study writing for the student delegate and scholarship opportunities available to them.
What you can expect from your student mentee:
- Questions regarding their resume and cover letter
- A need for help with the job negotiation process
- Requests for review of their case study
- Openness to advice and criticism
- Appreciation of your time and resources
Please fill out this form by the deadline of Sunday, Sept. 10 to help welcome and support the next generation of PAs into our organization and profession! We will match you with a student mentee based on their needs and your interests.
