This form will be forwarded to any AAPA members in the area who volunteered to help with the Job Shadow program.
You will receive contact from the volunteers directly whether or not they are able to assist you. If you do not hear back from anyone within one week please contact the AAPA office and let us know.

- This form is not a guarantee of job shadow placement but our volunteers do their best to help those interested in the profession.
- Please remember to keep all correspondence professional and related to the Job Shadowing program and visit ONLY.
- If a volunteer is unable to assist you in placement at this time please respect their response and DO NOT proceed with any further communication requesting assistance (of course, thank yous are always welcome).
