New Website Feature: My CE Journal and How to Record Self-Awarding Activities
With the launch of our new website comes a great new resource for our members – My CE Journal. My CE Journal is a powerful new tool available to help you manage, access, and print your CE credit history at any time.
How it works:
PACE credits earned by participating in AAPA activities are automatically recorded in your own personal journal.
In addition to accessing your credits earned through AAPA, you now have the ability to independently enter Self-Awarding Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) points for activities you participate in outside of the AAPA such as attending tumor boards, authoring a peer-reviewed journal article, and serving on an AAPA committee/BOT. As such, self-awarding CMP points will now exclusively be available through your My CE Journal.
Test it out:
My CE Journal covers your CE history going back as far as 2009. (Please note the Central Office is still hard at work entering last year’s CE data from 2012.) Credits earned since the website went live and all future AAPA PACE credits earned will appear in your journal within 3 business days upon completion of the activity.
Many of you may have already had an opportunity to experience our new system when submitting one or both of the quizzes available to you as a member benefit through The Cutting Edge 2013 Quarter 1 Journal Quizzes.
Instructional Video Available:
An instructional video is available to help you navigate your My CE journal. It only takes 3 minutes to watch and will walk you through step by step on how to add, manage, and print your credits.
