Host Hotel Information

This year’s host hotel is the Embassy Suites Downtown Pioneer Square, a block from Union Station, for easy access to attractions like the International District, the Space Needle and Pike Place.

Hotel Reservations:
The hotel rate at the Embassy Suites Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square will be $219 (single/double occupancy) a night plus any applicable taxes or fees.  The discounted hotel rate will end on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, unless the room block sells out sooner.  To book your reservation, click here .

We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early.  If you are having trouble with hotel reservations or booking additional room nights on the front or back end of the meeting, please be sure to contact us so we can work with the hotel to correct the issue.

Agenda and Speakers 

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 125 REGISTRANTS.  Space is limited for this smaller, condensed meeting, focused solely on CE.  Register as soon as possible to guarantee your spot! 

Registration fee includes access to all lectures, daily sponsors, and credits awarded based on attendance requirements. Registration includes breakfast and coffee breaks all three days and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. Registrants have the ability to earn up to fifteen (15) PACE credits by attending all lectures. Register early as space is limited!

$834 if staying offsite
$659 discounted rate for attendees staying at host hotel (Embassy Suites Downtown Pioneer Square), or for local attendees that live within a 60 mile radius

AAPA Student Members (no CE):
$634 if staying offsite
$459 discounted rate for attendees staying at host hotel (Embassy Suites Downtown Pioneer Square), or for local attendees that live within a 60 mile radius

Non-Members: 
$949 if staying offsite
$774 discounted rate for attendees staying at host hotel (Embassy Suites Downtown Pioneer Square), or for local attendees that live within a 60 mile radius

Registration Fine Print:
Registration is open until March 3, 2025, or until sold out.  A detailed confirmation will automatically be emailed to you once your registration has been submitted.  Payment is only by credit card and is due at time of registration.  The Cancellation Policy will be enforced once your registration is submitted (with or without payment).  If you have any questions, contact us at 202-591-2478.

Cancellation Policy

All registrations submitted and received online are considered confirmed registrations.  Written notice to cancel must be received via email by February 7, 2025, to receive an 80% refund.  No refunds will be given after February 7, 2025.  For cancellations due to illness after February 7, 2025, a refund of 80% will be given with the submission of a physician’s note.  If the AAPA cannot hold this meeting due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid registrant will receive meeting materials electronically.  Fixed meeting expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds.  Any remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants.  The AAPA is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants in connection with this meeting.
