We know this time of the year is very busy, but we are going to add just one more thing to your to-do list – registering for the 2024 AAPA Spring Meeting! To ensure that you are able to use any remaining 2023 CE funds before the end of the year, registration will open on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Remember, space is limited to the first 125 registrants for this smaller, condensed meeting, focused solely on CE. So make room in your busy holiday schedule for the quick and easy registration process, and get ahead of the game for next year!

Hotel Information:
This year’s host hotel is the Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. The room rate will be $149 (single/double) per night plus any applicable taxes or fees. The discounted hotel rate will end on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early as we anticipate the hotel room block selling out quickly. If you are having trouble with hotel reservations or booking additional room nights on the front or back end of the meeting, please be sure to contact us so we can can provide support by working with the hotel to resolve any issues.
