Thank you to all of our members who answered the call by submitting your own individual response to CMS on the proposed revisions to the CLIA ’88 personnel regulations, and for encouraging your fellow laboratorians to support us in this endeavor!
As a reminder, the AAPA used this opportunity to submit an official AAPA response letter that was sent to CMS in February. The AAPA Board of Trustees (BOT) also felt it was imperative to be listed as a partnering member association signer on the official ASCP BOC response letter.
Through our collective efforts, we hope to see a change come about.
