Dear AAPA Fellow Members,
We are so close to reaching our required 25% quorum in the AAPA Board of Trustees (BOT) election, but we still need a few more votes! If you have not yet voted, please do so ASAP as the ballot is set to close tonight, Monday, December 13th at 11:59 pm CST. We know the busiest time of the year is upon us, so we don’t want to have to extend the election any longer, especially because we need to begin preparing the electees for their terms beginning January 1st.
The ballot has been sent via SurveyMonkey multiple times since opening on November 1st and will be sent one final time today to those who have not yet voted, either online or in person at the Annual Conference. Please check your email inbox for the ballot invite from SurveyMonkey. If the ballot is not in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder, as the email from [email protected] may have ended up there. If you cannot locate your invite either in your inbox or junk folder, please contact us today at [email protected] to get instructions to vote by alternate means. Likewise, if you are unsure of your voting status, contact us at [email protected], and we’d be happy to let you know if we have received your ballot submission.
We have five highly qualified members running for three available seats, but we need to hear from you, our Fellow members, in order to finalize the election and move forward into the new year!

Sincerely, Chevanne Scordinsky, PA(ASCP)CM Administration Committee Chair
