Hello Spring Meeting attendees,
We are looking forward to holding our Spring Meeting beginning next Monday in Charlotte. We work very hard to prepare for these meetings and bring you relevant PA-specific lecture speakers and content. We have heard repeatedly how the smaller Spring Meeting audience is well received and lends itself to a good amount of networking. Due to COVID-19 and employer imposed travel restrictions, we anticipate a lighter attendance than we had planned for with even more potential for you to connect with and get to know your fellow members.
In preparing for the best possible meeting experience, we ask that attendees whose employers have restricted travel and/or attendance to conferences notify us no later than tomorrow, Thursday, March 12. We have made an exception to our cancellation policy and will honor an 80% refund at this time. Again, two business days prior to the event, Thursday, March 12, will be the last day we will honor this exception. Anyone who requests to cancel due to the COVID-19 will need to provide us with a note from their employer stating the restriction.
