Registration is open until June 6, 2026. A detailed confirmation will automatically be emailed to you once your registration has been submitted. An online payment (credit or debit card) is due at time of registration. The Cancellation Policy will be enforced once your registration is submitted. Cancellation Policy
All registrations submitted and received online are considered confirmed registrations. Written notice to cancel must be received via email by May 9, 2026, to receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be given after May 9, 2026. If the AAPA cannot hold this meeting due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to hold the meeting you will be partially refunded. Fixed meeting expenses will be paid first before any refunds are processed. The AAPA is not responsible for any other costs incurred by registrants in connection with this meeting.
