We’re excited to introduce a brand-new way for AAPA members to get involved—and make your mark on the 2026 Annual Meeting – the AAPA Conference T-Shirt Design Contest!
This year, we’re turning to you, our talented and creative community, to design the official 2026 Conference T-shirt. We know AAPA is full of innovative thinkers and artistic voices, and this is your chance to showcase your creativity for the entire membership to see.
The 2026 meeting theme, “Here Comes the Sun: Illuminating the Future of Pathology” sets the stage for bold, inspiring designs that reflect both the energy of our profession and the bright future ahead. Submit your design and then help choose the winner through a member vote. It’s a fun, collaborative way to celebrate our community and bring this year’s theme to life.
Submission Guidelines:
- Designs should be suitable for one-color printing on one-side of a solid-color shirt
- Must incorporate or reflect the meeting theme
- Submit your design below
- Deadline: May 1

- The entry form MUST include:

Submission Fine Print
Rights and Use
You (submitting member) will retain your rights to your design; however, by entering the AAPA Annual Conference T-Shirt Design Contect, you grant the American Association of Pathologists’ Assistants (AAPA), and those authorized by the AAPA, a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of the organization and its website, social media, and print materials, including but not limited to AAPA publications. Any photograph reproduced will include a designer credit as feasible. The AAPA will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses; however, the AAPA reserves the right to contact the submitting member as a courtesy prior to any such use.
Judging and Winner Selection
All image submissions meeting the criteria outlined above will be reviewed by the Fall Conference Planning Committee and the top three will be put to vote by the membership. Winner receives 50 AAPA Bucks and a free T-Shirt!
