2022 Issue 4 of The Cutting Edge Is Now Available!

Dear AAPA Members,
We are pleased to bring you the next issue of THE CUTTING EDGE. This issue features our 50th anniversary celebration and Annual Conference recap, starting on page 18. It’s hard to believe the AAPA is 50 years old!
As usual, we feature three peer-reviewed manuscripts. The cover manuscript is the Fellow travel grant winning submission by Keith Miller, PA(ASCP)CM, with an interesting case study on vanishing twin syndrome, which is available for a general pathology CE credit. Our second CE manuscript (available for one advanced pathology CE credit) is by our student non-delegate travel grant winner, Kendra Conner, featuring gastric adenosquamous carcinoma. Our final peer-reviewed manuscript is a case of myeloid sarcoma in a newborn, written by fellow member Brooke Mullen, PA(ASCP)CM.
Also featured this quarter is a write-up of nontraditional PA roles, annual journal submission award winners, and AAPA award winners. Congratulations to all the winners in 2022!
You can access the online, interactive version of this issue now by clicking on the journal cover image found here or by visiting the “The Cutting Edge journal” page found under the Member Community area of www.pathassist.org.
If you have opted to receive the journal via postal mail, a copy of your journal is on its way to your mailbox. You can change your preferred delivery method by accessing your member profile.
I wish everyone a wonderful holiday season and joyous new year!
Sincerely,

Beth Felicelli, PA(ASCP)CM
