As we look back over the last 2 weeks and as Laboratory Professionals Week comes to a close, we would like to thank you for helping celebrate the hard work you do each day as healthcare professionals. We feel our 2nd annual Pathologists’ Assistant Day was a great success! We saw an increase in participation and recognition through social media and various advertisement materials made available on the AAPA website. Furthermore, we enjoyed all the positive feedback from numerous PAs across the country via fun stories and pictures, some of which will be featured in our next publication of The Cutting Edge.
The level of participation in PA Day this year further demonstrates the pride you take in your profession and the value you add to your healthcare team. The PR Committee looks forward to building upon this year’s success by working hard in the upcoming year to develop new and improved ways to promote our profession.
